The Headbanger Cranky Shad combines an aggressive, erratic, and evasive side-to-side Headbanger action with powerful low-frequency vibrations that move a lot of water and make the lure easy for nearby predators to detect.

The Cranky Shad features internal rattles, realistic eyes, internal holographic foils, and transparent outer finishes that create depth and a highly natural appearance.

This is an excellent lure for perch, pike, and trout, but it is also highly effective for many other predatory fish species. A simple steady retrieve produces an amazing swimming action, which can be enhanced even further with pauses and twitches. It is perfectly suited for shallow-water spinning applications as well as targeting pelagic predators.

The erratic and evasive action also makes the Cranky Shad an outstanding trolling lure. It can easily be weighted or used with a downrigger to reach the desired fishing depth.
